Educational Descriptions:

Required Education : Bachelor
Expected Faculty : Business Administration

Job Specification:

Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree having an MBA will be an advantage
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and at least 4 years of experience in leading a sales team within a Province or all Nepal
Experience and exposure to Personal care and Baby care categories will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Ms-Excel and PowePoint will be preferable

Job Responsibilities :

Develop effective sales strategies in collaboration with the Business Head
Achieve company revenue, channel profitability targets and drive annual growth
Develop agile route to market (RTM) plans and perfect execution ensuring optimized coverage
Appointment and managing relationships and profitability of channel and trade partners (distributors)
Product listing, gain share of shelf, perfect merchandising in Modern Trade
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly demand forecasting
Person with high energy level and eagerness to learn and lead a team with strong relationship management
