Educational Descriptions:

Required Education : Bachelor

Job Specification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field
10+ years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the FMCG/snacks sector
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams
Understanding of retail coverage norms in Nepal
In-depth knowledge of the local market in Province 3 and proficiency in DMS or SFA applications will be preferable

Achieve top line target with proper planning as per the potential of the territory
Ensure health growth over L/Y
Plan and ensure the targeted distribution expansion/visibility
Plan and execute effective marketing tools as per strategy of the company to increase the market share
Optimize the cost of Operation
Timely reconciliation of distributors’ account and ensure timely Bank Guarantee renewals
Monitor team efficiency and deliver positive results
