Student Counselor

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree In Management or related field.
• Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in educational counseling, preferably with a focus on study abroad programs.
• In-depth knowledge of various international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for helping students achieves their educational goals.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.

• Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and universities that match their academic and career aspirations.

• Guide students through the application process, including preparation of necessary documents, application forms, and visa procedures.

• Organize and conduct informational seminars and workshops for students and parents.

• Stay updated on changes and trends in international education and admission requirements.

• Build and maintain relationships with international universities and educational institutions.

• Provide continuous support to students, including per-departure orientation and ongoing assistance during their studies abroad.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
