Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job Specification:

• A bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering and one to two years of experience in cable manufacturing or a related field.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite for report generation, data analysis, and communication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in manufacturing.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for understandinf technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities for managing diverse teams in fast paced manufacturing environments.
• Effective problem solving skills to address techincal issyes and ensure uninterrupted production.

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise assembly line operations, coordinate with team to meet production targets.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, ensuring all products meet specifications.
• Monitor and manage the flow of raw materials; coordinate with the supply chain for timely delivery.
• Prepare daily production reports, update management on output levels and issues.
• Manage and lead the production workforce, provide guidance and support.
• Address mechanical or elcetrical problems, troubleshoot and important solutions to minimize distruptions.
