Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities with a focus on competitor analysis, market trend identification, and continuous problem-solving.
Communication & Leadership: High-level interpersonal communication, team supervision, and team-motivating skills.
Mobility Requirements: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler. Willingness to travel extensively inside and outside the valley as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Sales Representatives (SRs) in executing field activities to achieve sales targets and expand product mix.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective goals.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to enhance market coverage.
Manage receivables effectively, enforcing timely collections to minimize overdue payments.
Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence to address field challenges.
Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales progress, payment collections, and market feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Management, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and market development, preferably in the automotive sector.
Strong expertise in dealer network development and territory management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Must possess a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler, with a willingness to travel extensively inside and outside the valley.
