Job Description

Provide regular updates to the management regarding loan recovery progress and challenges.
Contact loan defaulters to initiate the recovery process.
Accurately prepare and process loan recovery documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and in coordination with banks and financial institutions.
Collaborate with financial institutions and banks to facilitate loan processing, reconciliation and recovery.
Record and manage financial transactions related to loan recoveries and payments.
Conduct field visits for loan recovery.

Required Skills

Experience in loan recovery and similar fields.
Familiarity with financial regulations and documentation processes.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
