Job Specification:

• Must have Bachelor's degree.
• Candidate must have at least 1-year of experience in handling customer face to face, preferably in the insurance field
• Must have Problem-solving technique.
• Must have responsibility and accountability quality.

Job Responsibilities :

• Motivating and inspiring the team to surpass their potential.
• Improving the team and facilitating communication among the members of the team.
• Exceeding and meeting departmental objectives, including conversion
• Delivery of team, service level components, quality, and productivity targets & indicators.
• People Management, as well as staff development.
• Monitoring staff and their work, coaching and helping them to get success.
• Training and development of staff.Motivation, leadership for a team, and developing future leaders. 
• Ensure daily activity are properly recorded and entered into the computerized system
