Tele-Caller

Job Specification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar will be plus point.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate and familiar with social media posting
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Job Responsibilities :

• Contact potential or existing students to inform them about the service 
• Answer questions about service provided by the company
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Keep records of calls and note useful information
• Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
• Noting important details of each conversation.
