Sales Team Leader

Job Specification:

• Must have proven experience of Sales Industry
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be proficient in using MS - Office
• Must have leadership and motivation skills
• Must be able to guide team members in providing excellent service to customers
• Must effectively delegate tasks to team members and keep track of sales goals, the team leader needs to be well organized

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist manager in Sales strategy development
• Be informed on new products & services in the market
• Should have a working knowledge of their industry’s climate and competition to effectively implement the sales strategy
• Recruit, train and coach the sales team
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Set sales targets and motivate sales team
• Prepare sales reports
• Report on team member performance and mission-related objectives
