Job Specification:

Visiting regular prospective client to establish and act on selling opportunities
Prepare reports of the potential clients for our products.
Help in lead generation.
Should perform any other duties as and when assigned by a Team lead
Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, and developing presentation formats and materials.

Job Responsibilities :

Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
