Job Specification:

  • MBA/MBS having at least 5-7 years of working experience in the capacity of Sr. Manager - Salas and Marketing preferably in Heavy equipment and earthmover sector.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Sales and Marketing
    • Plans annual targets and gets approvals on deliverables
    • Achieves sales targets
    • Forecasting yearly marketing plans.
    • Team development and motivation
    • List out all related person for tender like engineer, CEO of related organization.
    • Review and reporting
    • Establishment of good relation with all related all stack holder.
    • Ensure maintain of data base and its update.
    • Refreshment marketing plan if any required like meet, Dinner program, gift souvenir etc.
    • Marketing plan and execution
    • Tracking Daily issue tender and its update
  1. Follow up and ensure for payment collection on time
    • Overall responsibility for Sales related JOB
    • Ensure sales operation as per SOP
    • Approvals for sales and related issue.
    • Stock/Order Management
    • To remain updated on competitor's activities
    • Achievement of Market Reach
    • Timely recognition of efficient employee, rewarding deserving staff, monitoring low performing staff and guiding properly, systematic approach for promotions and increment
    • Upholding company's value, mission and vision; to maintain consistent practices at workplace and create disciplined environment
