Required Education : Bachelor

Job Specification:

At least a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
More than 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG company
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of customer service practices
Ready to be placed anywhere inside Nepal, if required.

Job Responsibilities :

Meeting Sales Target/Conduct daily analysis and re-plan accordingly.
Grow sales volume and market share
Create new customer and develop an existing account
Ensuring Distribution and Visibility
Ensure timely collections and timely claim submissions.
Distributor handling
Distributor management; ensure freshness of stock, FIFO, proper storage facility for the product and ensure the minimum safety stock at the Depot.
To manage and ensure the training and development of the team (PSRs/RA/Salesmen,Driver&Loaders)
To Provide Market intelligence, monitor competitor activities and aware of the competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.
To maintain sound relationships with outlets.
