Job Responsibilities :

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, market intelligence, sales performance management, and strategic decision-making. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in supporting the Deputy CEO by generating actionable business insights, monitoring sales performance, and driving accountability across the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct research on the media, advertising, and marketing communications industry.
  • Perform market analysis, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare business intelligence reports and actionable recommendations for management.
  • Monitor sales performance against assigned targets and identify performance gaps.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive achievement of individual and organizational sales targets.
  • Conduct daily sales review meetings and prepare minutes and action plans.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards, MIS reports, and performance scorecards.
  • Analyze customer data, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness to improve business performance.
  • Provide timely, data-driven feedback and recommendations to the sales team.
  • Submit periodic reports and presentations to the Deputy CEO on sales performance, market developments, and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with editorial, marketing, finance, and digital teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
