Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their queries, providing information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, gathering essential information for the sales team to follow up.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing clients for feedback, service renewals, and additional product offerings.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, ensuring the CRM system is utilized effectively.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.
