Eligibility

  • Must have 4 - 5 years of experience in the senior level from an electronic appliances’ distribution company looking after SDA/SHA product portfolio.
  • Must have an existing good network with the related domestic market.
  • Must have experience of directly managing a team ranging from 20 - 40 people or more.
  • Should be able to demonstrate how you have secured new business, led trading term negotiations and closed large deals.
  • Must be prepared to spend an extensive amount of time in the marketplace, with the sales teams and the clients, looking at ways to increase retail facing.
  • Warm personality with great energy and initiatives & a team player.
  • Education: minimum bachelor's degree

Job Responsibilities :

  • Developing and managing the consumer electronics business within the country, through the development and execution of Annual Business Plans.
  • Have to assess the current client mix, look at clients that can be upgraded in terms of sales and work with different channels to increase the brand presence in the stores. The Manager must also identify new potential clients, initiate the negotiations and secure the trading agreements. The ultimate focus will be on increasing the sales through business development.
  • Must have exceptional leadership skills who is capable of deciding product line-up for the market segments, demand fulfilment, product launches, forecasting demand & competition analysis.
  • Growing and developing the capabilities of the consumer electronics sales will be the primary responsibility through successful coaching and consistent review processes in this role.
  • The keys to success in this role are building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering strategic competitive advantage to the business while being active in identifying new market opportunities.
