Job Responsibilities :

The Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, analytical, operational, and commercial support to the airline’s Sales team. The role serves as the central coordination point between the sales function and cross-functional stakeholders, including Reservations, Ticketing, Revenue Management, Airport Services, Ground Operations, Customer Experience, and external trade partners.

This position requires a professional who understands airline distribution dynamics, GDS platforms, and the passenger revenue ecosystem.

 

Scope of Work

 

  • Support the sales team in achieving passenger revenue targets and market growth objectives
  • Manage relationships with travel agencies, OTAs, TMCs, and corporate accounts
  • Respond to trade partner inquiries on fares, schedules, promotions, and airline policies
  • Prepare and analyze monthly sales performance reports 
  • Communicate fare updates, incentive schemes, and promotional campaigns to the trade
  • Coordinate group bookings with Revenue Management and liaise across Reservations, Ticketing, and Airport Services
  • Maintain CRM records, sales databases, and agent account files
  • Support sales presentations, proposals, and client meetings
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and route developments
