Job Specification:

• 3-4 years of experience in related field.
• Bachelors in Food Tech

Job Responsibilities :

As the Process Team Leader, you will direct daily production activities to ensure efficiency and maintain quality standards. You will evaluate production data to identify bottlenecks and execute improvements that enhance productivity. Your role involves educating and guiding team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Additionally, you will verify compliance with safety regulations and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborating with various departments will be essential to enhance operations and boost overall efficiency. Lastly, you will oversee and control operational costs, actively identifying opportunities for savings and optimizing resource allocation.
