Qualification: High School Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year experience in the sales & marketing field and previous experience in the paint products will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and sales skills are essential
Valid driving license is required
Should be willing to travel extensively across designated area
Specific Requirement :
To raise the product demand in the designated area.
Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey.
To explore potential market, customer, painter and dealers to increase demand.
Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals.
Identify market opportunities and customer type and regular follow up to the customer for convincing to use our product.
Work closely with customer, painters and dealers within appointed working stations and, ultimately, drive additional customer and demand of the product.
Plan and execute custom marketing campaigns - using different methods and social tools that are both unique as well as appeals to the preferences of our target audience.
To undertake any reasonable duties as per direction of the Marketing and Sales Manager.
