Job Responsibilities :

Prepare and analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports on collections, realizations, NPAs, and performance metrics
Assist in Annual Business Plan Preparation and branch-wise target vs achievement tracking
Prepare KPIs report for Financing & Receivables and Logistics Department Team members
Manage credit files and track post-dated cheques (PDC) with timely reconciliation and follow-ups
Handle cheque clearance, bounce tracking with branches and banks
Support ERP functions (entries, block/unblock requests) and internal audit coordination
Ensure data accuracy, reporting timeliness, and cross-functional collaboration
