Job Specification:

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical) or MBA, with 12+ years in manufacturing and 5+ years in senior operations management
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, ISO/quality systems and plant safety
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and budgeting skills

Job Responsibilities :

Take full responsibility for plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, safety and cost control. Drive productivity and process improvement, meet production and delivery targets, and lead department heads across the factory.
