Assembly Manager

Job Specification:

• Bachelor graduate in engineering (mechanical/industrial/electrical/Electronics)

• Looking for candidates with a proven track record in production management, ideally in a manufacturing environment similar to appliances assembly.

• A solid understanding of assembly line processes, machinery, and production techniques specific to appliances manufacturing is essential

• Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts is crucial for ensuring smooth operations.

• Should be adept at identifying and solving issues that arise during the manufacturing process, whether they're related to equipment, personnel, or logistics.

• Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage production schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Should have experience implementing quality assurance measures to ensure that products meet industry standards.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Planning and scheduling production activities to meet targets.
2. Managing resources like manpower, materials, and machinery effectively.
3. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.
