Supply Chain Assistant

Job Specification:

• Bachelor completed (preferred from management) with 1-3 years of experience in logistics/dispatch/warehouse role.
• Should be able to communicate in Englsh (both verbal & written) and proficient in MS-Excel

Job Responsibilities :

In this role, you will process and check bills related to various customer service departments such as Transport, Warehouse, Audits, and Distributors on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for matching orders from distributors each day and generating daily MIS reports for the customer service team. Additionally, you will track and update take-backs and F&F settlements, ensuring accurate and timely status updates. You will handle SAP transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and will regularly analyze key KPIs like loadability and cost per ton & ontribute to small projects focused on improving process efficiency within the department.
