Job Specification:

• Minium Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree prefferred)
• Atleast 10 Years of experience in same field.
• Possess Leadership/Planning/Analytical Skills
• Communication Skills – To be, Transparent/Clear/Concise/Regular
• Manage Performance of Team members
• Coaching/Training
• Team Building/ Promote Esprit de Corp

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate with suppliers or purchasing agents for all purchase of the organization.
• Ensure control and optimize the quantity, quality, costs, timing and sourcing of purchasing processes.
• Ensure Optimum Inventory Levels Are Maintained in close coordination and consultation with Finance Director/Executive Director and Head Manufacturing.
• Liaise with Inter – department, Banks, Suppliers, Transporters, Shipping Agency, Logistic Providers and suppliers.
• Ensure regular and timely tracking and monitoring to reduce detention and logistic costs.
• Increase credit purchase to reduce equity/loan fund.
• Spare Parts purchase and tracking of stocks at all units and reduce slow moving and dead spare parts and consumables.
