Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepare purchase statement report
  • Prepare sales and dispatch statement report
  • Prepare stock report of all distribution go-downs with transit goods
  • Cross check all purchases and sales bills; debit and credit note
  • Check transportation bills (only secondary dispatch) and forward to supervisor for finalization with breakage details
  • Ensure all dispatch activities fall under Vehicle & Consignment tracking system and Support (VCTS)
