  • Required Education : Bachelor

Job Specification:

• Learn software and provide training of software to team members and our clients. Provide online and offline support to our clients and solve their queries.

• Coordinate with development, client and team members through regular meetings and project management tools.

• Manage office daily tasks and complete them with team members. Plan the upcoming tasks and manage with team members.

• In urgent case, should be able to travel Inside and Outside valley to have meeting with clients and provide support and service to clients.

• Any desk, phone call and email reply to customer queries. Regular checklist of tasks whether completed or not with office team members.

• Ready to move out of valley to provide support to customers.

Job Responsibilities :

• Logical thinker, hardworking and ability to deal with difficult clients

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking

• An in depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers are using

• Good interpersonal and customer care skills

• Knowledge of hotel software and accounting will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of SQL Database Serve and software working flow will be an added advantage.
