Job Specification:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with CCNA/MCSE, VPN routers, and firewall devices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid license and own a two-wheeler.

Job Responsibilities :

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure desktop computers, peripherals, and user accounts while maintaining appropriate security protocols.
• Test software programs for functionality and reliability.
• Design network setups and oversee PABX configurations for new branches.
• Schedule and manage production tasks, debug errors, and ensure optimal system performance.
• Facilitate asset transfers to branches based on organizational requirements.
• Install, configure, and provide support for routing and switching systems.
• Serve as a liaison for end users, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Manage networking solutions across branches, corporate office, and head office.
• Enforce internet and intranet policies as per organizational needs.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Achieve unit objectives by completing related tasks as assigned by management.
