Qualifications | Skills

Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of proven experience in IT or a related domain
Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN) with additional experience in cloud platforms and familiarity with IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting tools.

Job Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Install, operate and maintain computer systems, network infrastructure and communication technologies.
Configure hardware and software, set up peripherals (printers, routers, etc.) and perform equipment repairs.
Provide daily IT support, including troubleshooting issues for computer network users.
Manage IT help desk support, responding to calls and emails regarding network and system-related issues.
Maintain IT inventory, track assets and evaluate new technologies for business efficiency.
Provide IT support for retail outlets and warehouses, ensuring seamless system operations and troubleshooting POS (Point of Sale) systems, inventory management software and network connectivity.
Support and troubleshoot Inhouse and external applications, ensuring smooth operations, user assistance, and system performance optimization.
