IT Desktop Support

Job Specification:

• At least +2 completed or bachelor's running
• 1-2 yrs of experience in IT support role.
• Good handon knowledge on Hardware

Job Responsibilities :

• Responding to client support requests.
• Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
• Responsible to respond of the users’ calls.
• Can be able to resolve the regular issue of users by visiting at user’s desk location or connecting via a remote.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
• Completing job reports and ordering supplies.
• Preventive maintenance to be performed as per the suggested timeline to avoid any downtime of the system
• Basic Excel knowledge is required to maintain the documents
• Basic knowledge about Printers is needed.
• Forbearing, flexible, and supportive.
• Installation, diagnostic, upgrade, and restoration abilities.
