Job Specification:

Competencies:

● Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.

● Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Excellent communication and customer service skills.

● Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Recruitment Qualifications:

● Diploma in automobile engineering, CTEVT, or equivalent.

● Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsibilities:

▪ Perform diagnostics to identify vehicle issues and determine necessary repairs or replace faulty parts, and perform periodic maintenance.

▪ Repair and service vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.

▪ Inspect vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components, for potential issues.

▪ Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems.

▪ Able to work under pressure, manage key objectives, and meet targets.

▪ Communicate with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures, as well as provide cost estimates.

▪ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

▪ Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

▪ After repairing vehicles, personally check them before delivery to customers.

▪ Support and lead team members smoothly.

▪ Improve productivity and efficiency.
