Job Specification:

A Master’s degree in business administration or a similar field. Background in supply chain management logistics or a related field having a minimum of 2 years of proven experience.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and SAP will be preferable.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsibilities

Timely processing indents and arrange materials and service within the lead-time.
Inventory control & management.
Receive incoming goods under identification regarding material specification/ item no./ inspection
status related task with daily reports and information provide to senior.
Maintain with reconciliation stock and excise records, and information provide to senior.
Ensure material management control system FIFO/ FEFO inventory procedures are follow.
Store/ warehouse system, establishment of records, minimum & maximum stock, safety stock limit.
To issue the materials on authorized requisitions slip and ensure that the issue takes place promptly
without undue delays.
Keeping inventory level for smooth operation of production, maintenance and finance.
