Recruitment Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in the HR Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or a
  related field.

Experience:

• 2 or more years of experience in providing HR services.
• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel etc.)

Job Responsibilities :

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures administration and implementation of HR strategies and policies in accordance with
  Nepal Labor Law. Formulates policies as per organizational need.
• Provides HR services focusing on recruitment processes including drafting job description,
  vacancy announcement, screening of candidates, selection, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Organizes training, development, and employee engagement activities as per the need.
• Ensures proper staff performance management and career development.
• Handles staff grievances and resolves them following proper channel.
• Oversees payroll and absence management of staff including overtime.
• Executes other day to day HR related responsibilities.
