• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA graduates preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment & Client Executive at Global Job (P) Ltd located in Kathmandu. The Recruitment & Client Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients. The role also involves client management, business development, and consulting with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide customized solutions. The Recruitment & Client Executive will be the main point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process.
