Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, OTA management, or a related hospitality role.
Strong knowledge of OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com and hotel booking systems.
Good understanding of room pricing, inventory, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, rate parity and revenue optimization.
Strong analytical, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, target-oriented and able to work independently and coordinate effectively with Front Office, Sales, Finance and Management.
Note: Candidates currently working as Reservation Executive/Supervisor, Revenue Executive, E-commerce/OTA Executive, Revenue Analyst or Assistant Revenue Manager are encouraged to apply.

The Revenue, Reservation & OTA Executive is responsible for managing the hotel’s online distribution channels, reservations, room rates, inventory, and revenue performance. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall room revenue while maintaining rate accuracy, OTA visibility, profitability, and coordination with Front Office, Finance, Sales, and Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain hotel listings and extranets on Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com and other OTA platforms.
Monitor and update room rates, availability, inventory, restrictions, promotions and booking conditions across all channels.
Implement daily revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall room revenue.
Monitor booking pace, pickup, cancellations, forward occupancy and market trends to support timely pricing decisions.
Conduct regular competitor rate checks and recommend appropriate pricing and inventory strategies.
Manage OTA promotions, visibility, ranking, content, offers and rate parity to improve online performance and sales.
Monitor OTA commissions, discounts, channel costs and profitability while improving the balance between direct bookings and OTA business.
Handle and supervise hotel reservations, ensuring booking details, room availability, rates and guest information are accurate.
Coordinate with Front Office, Finance, Sales and Management regarding room revenue, reservations, billing, forecasts and operational requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly revenue/OTA performance reports, support monthly forecasts and identify opportunities to increase room sales and improve overall revenue performance.
