Job Summary: Reporting to Team Leader, the Grants and Compliance Officer will be responsible to oversee and manage grants provided to sub grantees. The Grants and Compliance Officer needs to prepare and execute monitoring plans of the sub-grantees in close coordination with the supervisor and program team. The Grants and Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the timely fund disbursement, enforce compliance standards, and oversee the due diligence assessment process of Sub-Grantees (community-based organizations-CBOs). The Grants and Compliance Officer will monitor the sub grantees’ performance against the action plan prepared based on due diligence and facilitate the capacity building support.
Education and Experience: Masters Degree in Business management with a specialization in Finance, or a related field with 6 years of practical experience in financial monitoring, auditing, reviewing, and accounting. CA/ACCA with 3 years of practical experience in financial monitoring, auditing, reviewing, and accounting are also eligible to apply.
