Job Responsibilities :

Australia, Canada, USA, U.K. Client servicing/post-sales service.
Resolving the queries from parents/students
Counseling students and parents
Guiding the students and parents about various available courses
Coordinating with the Business Manager in terms of expected number of student admissions.
Counseling students/parents about the new product
To guide students and parents for whole process
To take care of the enrollment of the students
Strong attention to detail with accuracy and time management
Ability to work under pressure and meet desired deadlines
Able to solve problems in tight deadline environments
