Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is desirable. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) is preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payment.
Generate customer invoices and statements accurately and promptly.
Assist with general ledger entries and journal postings.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Compile financial data and analysis for management reporting and decision-making purposes.
Participate in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting activities.
Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, documentation, and filing systems.
