Educational Descriptions:

  • Required Education : Bachelor

Job Specification:

  • Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in logistics or fleet management.
  • Prior experience in dealing with riders or managing logistics.
  • Should be good with numbers to plan and project the demand and maintain supply.

Specific Requirement :


  • Offer guidance to delivery riders on the best ways to maximize their earnings and train them on delivering a high level of customer service
  • Ensure that all delivery riders understand and adhere to the service timelines and policies.
  • Collaborate with human resources to add quality employee riders and contracted riders to the fleet
  • Work closely with the service and logistics team to reduce the service lead time.
  • Execute plans for ensuring the availability of adequate fleet and/or building the fleet and infrastructure to meet the demand.
  • Ensure cash collection and reconciliation timelines are adhered.
  • Facilitate the flow of information between different departments (Delivery Associates and Customer Service Associates) and resolve any potential issues that impact customer experience and delivery performance.
