Job Specification:

Location: Hetauda

Required Number of Positions: 1

Reporting To: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Nationality: Nepal

Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry or Management.

Experience: Competent freshers are encouraged to apply (Preference for candidates with 1-2 years of manufacturing experience).

Age: Below 30 years.

Functional Competencies:

People management

Time management

 MS Office proficiency

 Knowledge of machinery (preferred)

 Initiative and ownership

Languages: English, Nepali.

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Gross Salary: NPR 30,000 + (including fuel and attendance allowance).

Job Responsibilities :

• Production Management: Execute all production tasks in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet production volume targets (SC-Planning and Distribution).
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth production line operations.
• Operator Supervision: Ensure operators perform tasks correctly the first time while adhering to safety protocols.
• Production Execution: Oversee the smooth execution of production activities as per SOPs and process flow.
• Production Planning: Review and take necessary actions based on the daily and monthly production plans.
• Corrective Actions: Address issues to ensure timely completion of daily production plans.
• Target Achievement: Ensure production targets and key parameters are met and escalate deviations.
• Productivity Initiatives: Focus on enhancing productivity, maximizing resource and manpower utilization.
