Restaurant Manager

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in restaurant, café, hotel, bar, or hospitality operations.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Outlet Manager, or similar role will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, team handling, inventory control, hygiene, and service standards.
• Ability to manage staff, control service flow, solve problems, and handle pressure during busy hours.
• Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and conflict-handling skills.
• Good understanding of billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, stock tracking, wastage control, and operational reporting.
• Must be disciplined, punctual, alert, accountable, and able to follow instructions properly.
• Strong memory, fast learning ability, and attention to small operational details.
• Ability to work independently without repeated follow-ups and take full ownership of restaurant operations.
• Must be able to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, team discipline, and customer satisfaction at all times.
