Required Education : Other

Job Specification:

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum Three years ‘work experience as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a larger operation with total 12-15 years’ of culinary field in a hotel with relevant knowledge in International cuisine such as European /Italian /Indian /Mediterranean /Asian etc.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
Good Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance Systems are preferred.
Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills, with a flair for creativity, are a must.
