Corporate Sales Manager

Job Specification:

• MBA/Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 7+ years sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets
• Experience developing and managing a sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of the sales process from start to finish

Job Responsibilities :

• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
• Create and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, customers, and partners to promote long-term success
• Understand customer needs and requirements and align them with the company’s offerings
• Train, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed their quotas
• Monitor individual and team performance against targets, providing feedback and support as needed
• Generate reports on sales activity and pipeline progress, and share insights with senior management
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Develop and implement promotional plans and campaigns to drive revenue growth
• Manage budgets and expenses related to the sales department
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and vendors
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company and build relationships
• Perform other duties as assigned
