Qualifications | Skill:

• A Master’s degree in progress (or pending thesis) in HR or a related field
• Strong theoretical knowledge of HR principles and labor laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, & PowerPoint)

Job Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in daily HR tasks like employee data management , payroll, attendance tracking, and on boarding/offboarding processes
• Helping draft, revise, and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal standards and company goals
• Supporting the resolution of employee grievances and ensuring fair and timely handling of complaints
• Assisting in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, and coordinating the recruitment process
• Collaborating with Small Business Enterprise (SMEs) to gain insights into specialized HR functions and strategies
• Supporting initiatives like training programs, team-building activities, and other employee engagement efforts
• Collecting and analyzing HR data to assist with reporting and decision-making within the HR department
