As per the Company's Policy
- Required Education : Bachelor
- The candidate must have at least 1-year of experience in handling direct customer service preferably in the insurance field.
- Must have knowledge of what excellent customer service entails.
- Must have knowledge of principles of good communication and teamwork.
- Preference would be given to candidates' experience in a call center.
- Must have well experience in handling social sites.
- Must have an idea to handle office equipment such as a printer, fax, photocopy scan, etc.
Specific Requirement :
- Greeting visitors, staff members, and clients in a positive and friendly manner
- Need to manage all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Ensure daily activities are properly recorded and entered into the computerized system.
- Need to interact with clients on the phone and Schedule appointments with them.
