Job Specification:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Nepali and English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
  • Minimum +2 graduate.

 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information and assistance to customers regarding menu, orders, and delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Take orders over the phone and enter them accurately into the system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
