  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or Equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar role
  • Amazing customer service skills
  • Excellent communication; problem-solving skills; and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms and Google Applications
  • Good work ethics and integrity with the ability to work with a diverse team

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepared to work in shifts to manage calls from customers
  • Handle and Assist in timely fulfillment of the customer's orders
  • Prepare report of issues faced by customers and ensure timely resolution to their problems
  • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
