Job Responsibilities :

A leading IT company is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Intern for an Internet Service Provider (ISP) company. The intern will assist in handling customer interactions, responding to inquiries, resolving basic customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through phone, email, and chat support channels.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, communication, and technical support within a professional BPO environment.

 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
