Job Specification:

  • Edit and deliver 1–2 highly engaging vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) on a daily basis.

  • Apply established content frameworks (such as Feature and Showcase formats) to scale production efficiently.

  • Implement retention-driven editing techniques, including dynamic pacing, pattern interrupts, and text-on-screen.

  • Manage project files, organize raw footage, and track task progress systematically within ClickUp.

  • Collaborate directly with the marketing team to ensure all video edits align with the initial creative briefs and campaign goals.

Job Responsibilities :

We are looking for a creative Video Editor Intern to help scale our short-form content production. You will get hands-on agency experience creating trend-driven videos for various brand partners.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Edit 1–2 high-retention, short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) daily.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute specific content frameworks.

 

What You Need

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • A strong understanding of social media trends, visual pacing, and dynamic text-on-screen.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn performance marketing workflows.
