Required Education : Bachelor
Expected Faculty : Civil Engineering

Job Specification:

Must have a Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 1 year of direct experience as Asst. Project Manager and 3 years of field experience in hydropower construction within Nepal
Proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications

Job Responsibilities :

Asst. Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with the project manager, various clients, and consultants,
Asst. Project Manager will be responsible for preparing BOQ for real estate/hydropower projects,
Asst. Project Manager will be responsible for allocating and monitoring human resources,
Asst. Project Manager will be responsible for planning and monitoring CPM for new and existing projects,
Asst. Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with the site execution team and profit maximization of projects
Asst. Project Manager will also be responsible for various post-construction activities and customer relationship management.
