  • Required Education : Master

Job Specification:

  • MBA/MBS having at least 5 years of working experience in the capacity of Manager – Sales & Marketing in lubricants and batteries. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the lubricants market of the Nepal.
  • Sound knowledge of Automotive business process.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Highly creative, innovative, out of the box thinker.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales branches  
  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
  • Prepare monthly plan & budget in alignment with annual plan
  • Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g., people, material, equipment, etc.)
  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
  • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
  • Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
  • Assess overall company performance against objectives
  • Represent the company in events, conferences, etc.
