Must have good relations with consumer electronics all over Nepal.
Education : Master’s degree in Management or any other relevant subject
Experience : 4-5 years of experience in the similar role

Manage service centers and the service employees all around the country.
Ensure that the regular and cyclical service activities are completed with the proper guidance provided to service assistants such as concerns/ complaint resolving and reporting of the customers information to the top management
Proper planning, drafting and implementation of customer service policies alongside making necessary changes for the same as deemed necessary
Provide proper mentorship and guidance to service assistants to perform the work with full dedication, effort and effectiveness
Training the service assistant to provide proper instruction and guidance on the use and operations of the products to the customers
Connect with the spare part dealers ensuring the availability of spare parts as and when required.
Train and guide service technicians about all the spare parts available alongside assuring effective after sales and pre-sales services.
Maintaining proper customer relationships
Initiating a timely appraisals of team members and providing feedbacks for a much better environment to work in
Performing other ad hoc duties
